Charity Weibel has been named Market President for Merchants Bank in Apple Valley and Rosemount. She brings more than 20 years of leadership and commercial banking experience and was most recently a Vice President/Commercial Banker at Old National Bank. Merchants Bank is a full-service community bank with a long-standing presence in the South Metro area.
