The Lakeville Inn (formerly the Hampton Inn) is now under new leadership following its sale on March 26, 2026. The property was acquired by Elevate Hospitality LLC, a group led by Jaymin Patel, CEO of Chicago-based JAMP Hotels. Now operating as an independent brand, the 117-room hotel is entering a new chapter under an ownership team dedicated to providing a high-quality experience for the Lakeville community.
