Hellmuth & Johnson has expanded its presence in the Twin Cities region by acquiring Dakota Law, P.L.L.C. The October 1, 2025 deal brings veteran attorneys Chuck Shreffler, Emily Fox Williams and Larry Severson into the firm, bolstering its business litigation, estate planning and corporate law capabilities.
