Member News – Audrey Johnson

Audrey Aronson Johnson of Lakeville, MN, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who for her outstanding leadership in human resources and real estate. As the owner and president of Johnson Companies, she leads with a focus on respect and community, overseeing a team of 20 associates.

Her trailblazing career includes being the first female manager at Gillette Company in 1969 and earning degrees from St. Olaf College, the Harvard-Radcliffe Program, and the University of Minnesota. Audrey is also the author of “The Only Woman in the Room” and an active supporter of local arts, education, and faith-based organizations.

Ms. Johnson’s recognition by Marquis Who’s Who reflects her significant impact and leadership in her field.
