The purpose of Leadership Lakeville is to cultivate local skilled professionals who can drive our community growth. These sessions will enhance participants’ leadership qualities, foster collaboration, innovation and effective decision-making. We want to come alongside our employers to nurture our local talent, invest in the future workforce and empower individuals to lead and contribute to the economic and social vitality of the Lakeville community.

TIME COMMITMENT

Participants are expected to attend every class. There will be one pre-class assignment in September that will take no longer than 20-minutes. Each participant will be asked to do 4-hours of community service with a local non-profit of their choice, prior to May 21, 2025.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Programming subject to slight changes. There will be no refunds for program changes or missed sessions. Sessions cannot be made up with a future class.
