Important Update from APPRO Development, Inc.

In March of 2023, our founder, Jack Matasosky, will be retiring from APPRO Development. His leadership and commitment to integrity and relationships have positioned our company well for future growth. Jack will continue as Managing Broker for CERRON Commercial Properties at this office, and also in an advisory role to APPRO Development, Inc.

Jim Connelly, with 30 years at APPRO, will become our new President. We look forward, with confidence in Jim’s leadership, to a continued focus on honesty, integrity, and transparency.
